Lake Erie College's In Process Art Event is happening Saturday, September 27th, as part of Alumni Weekend.
Lake Erie College Senior, Vincent Vitale, is directing and producing a performance for the day. He says, "The Monologue Project is a collection of local young dramatic talents who have come together to showcase the legacy of Lake Erie College Theatre. Over a half an hour period, members of the public are welcomed to witness the hard work of actors, who will be performing rehearsed speeches from shows such as Molière’s The Affected Ladies, Williams' A Streetcar Named Desire, Shakespeare's The Tempest, and many more!
Each monologue will be performed after a short preface is addressed explaining the significance of the piece to the college, theatre as an art form, and its purpose in the event!"

Actors involved: Alice Madsen, Akhille Seaman, Eleanor Ramos, Ian Ward, Gabby Palmer, and David Marcelli.
The In Process Event is Saturday, September 27th, from 12pm-5pm in the B.K. Smith Gallery. This event is free and open to the public.

A few rehearsal photos from our upcoming weekend of short plays called "Ray Bradbury's Kaleidoscope and other short plays." The group photo shows our "Kaleidoscope" astronauts rehearsing. Included are: Sean Scott, Leizett Garay, Nicholas Donlan, Alice Madsen, Vincent Vitale, Paul Grieco, and Roger Principe. The two shot is Leizett and Nick rehearsing the short comedic piece "Romantically Loopy" by LEC Theatre professor Jerry Jaffe. This show opens March 27 and runs for 1 weekend.
