Lake Erie College PA Program

Welcome to the Lake Erie College Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies (MSPAS) Program.

The program is a 27-month professional degree program intended to prepare PAs for the rigors of clinical practice. There is a four-semester didactic phase where students will develop the foundational skills on the road to becoming outstanding clinicians. The didactic phase is followed by a three-semester clinical phase consisting of ten rotations in a wide range of clinical areas. Students will be

allowed to select an elective in an area to further develop their skills in an area of interest.Students will be challenged to apply their skills to clinical practice, contribution to the PA profession, and the development of civic duty in community activities.In 2018 the program received a ten-year Accreditation-Continued status by ARC-PA, which is the maximum amount granted.
