โณ๐ BEST FINISH SINCE 2012 ๐โณ
Your College of the Desert Menโs Golf team brought home a 2nd place finish at the 3C2A State Championship โ the programโs best finish since 2012 ๐ด๐ฅ
This championship run was about so much more than golf. It took an incredible team effort behind the scenes to host a State Championship-level event during a Motherโs Day weekend heatwave โ๏ธ๐ช
The Roadrunners want to especially thank SilverRock Resort who were amazing at hosting a State Championship level event, accommodating last minute changes and pivoting on a dime. The staff in the Lounge & Grill fed our hungry student athletes and guests with a smile. The operations team in the Cart Barn provided clean and charged carts, often at a moments notice and all in the middle of a heatwave. โณ๐
Special appreciation to:
๐๏ธ Shout out to the Administration, represented by the amazing and magnanimous Director of Kinesiology & Athletics, Kaytlyn Blank
