Have you considered joining Conversation Partners?

At its heart, Conversation Partners is all about connecting different people for cultural exchanges and learning experiences. By being a Conversation Partner, you have the opportunity to gain extracurricular experience, grow your intercultural communication skills, and become a more culturally-aware human being--which are all great attributes for moving forward in your career and your life!

As you all know, COVID-19 has affected almost every aspect of our lives. You also know that this has affected many events and activities on campus. However, it is our sincere hope that the necessary changes that have taken place in this program will make it more flexible for you as a participant and will also open up the doors for partners to be matched across the world as our online students are included.

So, here's the details about Conversation Partners for Fall 2020:

* Everyone who signs up via the form below will be matched with a Conversation Partner.
* You will be connected with your partner via your student email during the first couple weeks of classes.
* During the Fall semester, you will have 2 partners as partners will rotate during Fall Break.
* You and your partner will decide how you will meet (virtually or face to face if possible).
* Once matched, you and your partner will be responsible for scheduling your own meetings and communicating with each other if one of you needs to cancel.
You will be expected to meet with each of your partners for at least 30 minutes per week, with a minimum of 3 meetings with each partner over the semester.
