was founded on November 12, 1922 on the campus of Butler University in Indianapolis, Indiana by seven educators with the mission of enhancing the quality of life for women and their families in the United States and globally through communty service, civil, and social action. Our goal is to achive greater progress in the ares of education, health awareness, and leadership development. We visualize

a world in which all women and their families reach their full potential in all asprects of life and are able to create unlimited opportunities for future generations.

Project Cradle Care is a community service initiative of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. focused on supporting new and expecting mothers. Through donations and community involvement, the program helps provide essential baby supplies such as diapers, wipes, clothing, and other necessities.

The purpose is to ease the financial and emotional stress that can come with welcoming a new baby, while promoting healthy beginnings for mothers and their children. It’s about service, sisterhood, and strengthening families in the community

We are accepting donations now through March 13th to support new mothers in our community. Every contribution makes a difference and helps us continue serving with purpose.
