The AMA chapter at the University of West Florida was established in March of 2014.Our chapter is one of 350 collegiate AMA chapters world-wide with more than 10,500 student members. Joining the American Marketing Association at the University of West Florida (UWF) is one of the first steps a student can take to start thinking about one's career and transforming a typical college student into a business professional. By joining AMA, it gives our members the opportunity to get a head-start into their career by not only getting involved on campus and improving one's resume, but also developing the marketing skills necessary to become successful after graduation. Becoming a member of AMA at UWF will seek to improve resumes and cover letters, public speaking, how to market yourself, and many others.
