It's that time of year where you'll think about transitioning to HEAT from AC. And when you decide to take the chill out of your apartment for the first time of the season, be prepared for it to 👉SMELL LIKE BURNING👈Also know this is 👉NORMAL👈. Dust settles over time, and when the coils heat up for this first time - it "burns off". Smoke detectors can activate in your apartment - just be prepared if they do. Turn on a fan, or open a window to help air it out quicker. If you do nothing, it will likely clear out in 30 minutes or less (...heavy on the less).

BASEBOARD HEATERS: Before turning on your baseboard heat, please ensure there are no items pushed up against them.

Happy Labor Day 🛠️
The last un-official weekend of summer is here. We'll be in the office until at least 4P today if you need anything before the weekend.

Raise your hand if you're over this heat? 🙋‍♀️🙋🙋‍♂️
And while it is technically still summer (until September 22nd), we would prefer more "fall" like weather being it is SEPTEMBER.
🍂 Non-emergent work orders will see a delay until we are clear from the high temps.
🌞Work orders for AC Units, Water Leaks and Life Safety will take priority during this time.

If you see our maintenance staff - let them know they are doing a great job and that they are appreciated (cause they are!!). We'll be ensuring they take lots break - it's a lot for them working in the heat.

We appreciate everyone's patience during this time. Hoping the weather outlook is wrong, but we could see warmer weather all of next week too...

First Friday of the new year is here! We have enjoyed seeing our residents back on the complex this week, and hope everyone has settled in.
