And while it is technically still summer (until September 22nd), we would prefer more "fall" like weather being it is SEPTEMBER.
🍂 Non-emergent work orders will see a delay until we are clear from the high temps.
🌞Work orders for AC Units, Water Leaks and Life Safety will take priority during this time.
If you see our maintenance staff - let them know they are doing a great job and that they are appreciated (cause they are!!). We'll be ensuring they take lots break - it's a lot for them working in the heat.
We appreciate everyone's patience during this time. Hoping the weather outlook is wrong, but we could see warmer weather all of next week too...
