Emails have been sent out to all NEW, INCOMING RESIDENTS regarding moving-in and how to schedule for your check-in. We recommend reading through this information before scheduling, but for now, here are some hot takes:

🔥 The lease year begins June 11th!
🔥 Check-in is in-person. This is the time we will review additional information about living at St James Apartments, and when you will receive your apartment keys.
🔥 We are currently scheduling for the month of JUNE. If you wish to move-in later in the summer (July or August), please give us a call about 7-10 days in advance.
🔥 Speaking of JUNE, we are starting to fill up for June 11th and June 13th. If you want to schedule for one of these two dates, please reach out soon! Once a date is full, we will ask that you choose another day to schedule for.
🔥 Let's talk SATURDAYS... we can have altered, or no hours on Saturday's during the summer. A lot has to do with us having minimum staffing over the summer, therefore, time off requests, vacations, etc. can impact these hours. We always recommend having a few alternate dates when you reach out to schedule.
🔥 Now let's talk payments - at your scheduled check-in, it will be required that you submit payment for any required payment at that time. For those moving in during the month of JUNE, this is likely just one month's payment, but for those moving-in in July or August, it could be 2-3 months of payments. As a reminder, CHECK PAYMENT is only accepted in our office. Access to LOFT Living (online payment portal) will be made available 7-10 days after you complete your check-in with us.

UPDATE ON TRANSFERS and NEW MOVE-INS

👉Current Residents who are waiting for an Apartment Transfer:
It's likely we'll start some transfers this week. Once your next apartment is ready, we will reach out to schedule your new key pick-up. Watch your Bradley email for this communication. Transfers will continue through June 11th if need be. We do appreciate the patience as we work through apartments.

👉New Resident Move-In Information:
For all of our new residents whose leases begin June 11th, we hope to have emails sent out in the coming 3-7 business days. Once this email is received, you will be able to schedule your check-in with us starting as early as June 11th. Check-ins will be completed all summer long as residents make plans to return to campus.

Here it is. Officially the last day of the 2025-2026 Lease Year!
Apartment Keys + Move-Out Packets should be returned to our office no later than 7A May 18th (tomorrow).
👉 Be smart when moving out - do not leave items unattended outside, lock your vehicle doors, UHAULS, etc.
👉 CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN your apartment. Leave it in move-in ready condition!
👉 Packets with your keys should be returned to our office via our DROP SLOT. This is to the left of our entry door in the bottom left of the frosted glass window.

LAST DAY OF THE LEASE IS SUNDAY MAY 17th

📦 A MOVE-OUT PACKET is required when you return your apartment keys to our office. If you've not picked one up, please do so during office hours. ‼️Packets with your apartments keys are required by 7A Monday, May 18th
📦 We are CLOSED ON SUNDAY'S. Move-Out Packets should be returned using our Drop Slot. Our After-Hours Phone is for emergencies only and should not be used for your move-out questions. We are here today, Friday, and Saturday. Stop by or call if you have questions!
📦 Don't forget to clean your apartment! Your dirt, dust, water stains, etc. are not for us to clean. While we do clean between residents, our cleaning should be minimal. Ask yourself - would you move-in to this apartment if it were left in this state? Charges will apply if we find it necessary.
📦 Additional dumpsters have been placed around the complex for you to use! DO NOT LEAVE FURNITURE OR OTHER ITEMS BEHIND. The only items left in the apartment are the items we provide for each apartment. Yes, we do charge to remove unwanted items...
📦 Work orders are taking 1-5 business days to complete. If you notice something while moving out that is not a major issue - send us an email. Please note: we may not be able to address all work orders before you move-out and that is OK!

🎓To our Seniors, enjoy your last days on the Hilltop making those final memories. While this chapter is closing, we know that your future is bright ✨

☀️Summer Break is here! We will miss having a full complex, and know that August will be here sooner than we want. Though we'll be glad to have it buzzing again with residents when the new school year begins.
