Another big change here for our students - RFID at the tool room!

Students will be given a small sticker to place on their student ID. This will allow them to tap their ID instead of having one of our tool attendants scan it. This new process will increase the accuracy of our tool inventory and allow students to checkout tools faster at the window.

Perrysburg Schools is hiring a mechanic and bus drivers!
Bus Driving is a great part time job. Shifts are from 6:30 am - 9 am and 2:30 pm-5 pm. Mechanics are full time with lots of potential for overtime. They are also considering part-time summer help.

In honor of Memorial Day, Owens Community College will be closed as we take time to remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country. We are deeply grateful to all members of the military, past and present, for their courage, dedication, and sacrifice.​

Normal operations will resume after the holiday.​

A new CDL class starts June 1, with classes available for the daytime and nighttime. Choose from grant funding, too - we'll help you! This means that even if you couldn't afford the training before but have been dreaming of becoming a truck driver, we can help you make it happen.

CDL/Truck Driving training is done in just one month (daytime) or 10 weeks (nighttime), but this is a commitment. Registration is open NOW, and grant processing takes some time (plus, CDL needs some prep work).

More big changes!
(although this is just phase 1) 🤩

The body shop is getting a facelift to make room for a new program. During this phase, we have upgraded the doors and started to prep the walls for paint.
