It's Breast Cancer Awareness Month and the Iota Xi Chapter of Sigma Beta Xi Sorority Inc has delivered! We met up with the Volunteer Director of Fox Chase Cancer Center, Ms. Helen Gordon. She was very grateful for the donations. The care kits included a note book, lip gloss, fuzzy socks and other items. We look forward to working with Fox Chase in the future.

Brunch at The Gift of Life-Howie's House on April 19, 2025 included fried chicken, waffles, scrambled eggs and cheese grits! That was a busy day for IX as we brought a new Swan to the Pond. Yes, even on Crossing Day we make time for Service!!

Saturdays are for Service....and Brunch at the Gift of Life-Howie's House. Eggs, cheese grits, pork and turkey bacon and homefries!! Our resident Baker Soror Loyalty also whipped up two batches of biscuits, regular and sweet potato. Let's just say that residents and staff ate well!!

On August 18th, The Iota Xi Chapter of Sigma Beta Xi Sorority Inc donated a basket full of school supplies to Mrs. Nieves' 4th grade class at Mastery Charter School-Smedley Campus! Mrs. Nieves is a great teacher that loves her students and is dedicated to making a difference in their lives.

On Saturday, the Iota Xi Chapter of Sigma Beta Xi Sorority Inc helped . We started the day at the Small Things Pantry packing and handing out fresh fruits and veggies to the community. Those same community members were also able to pick out items from the pantry. We also made a trip around Philly to fill the Community Refrigerators.

With Endless just being her..it couldn’t just stop at the young lady… this gentleman only needed room for the family to see him shine…and it was granted.

His mother has always supported the community…it’s just time to remember motherhood has no gender assignment, just do the job!
