THIS THURSDAY!
Black People in America have always thrived in the realm of Football. While dominating on the field, off the field our people face a very different narrative. As an outlet of national attention in which Black People are central, in what ways is this platform used to uplift our communities? Should we be concerned that in a sport in which we make up a majority of the players, finding our faces in coaching and administration is nearly impossible? How did our athletic ancestors operate through the brutal racial politics of America?

Join the Organization of African American Studies Undergraduate Students this Thursday @ 6pm on the 9th floor of Glatfelter Weigley Room as we tackle such critical questions (pun intended:) Hope to see you there!

Peace,
OAASUS
