Welcome to the official page of the Pennsylvania Psi Chapter of Sigma Phi Epsilon! Sigma Phi Epsilon began in 1901 as the result of twelve men who wanted a different kind of fraternity experience. Now 111 years later we have over 15,000 active brothers, and are consistently one of the biggest college organizations in the country. We are happily celebrating our 25th year on the Saint Joseph's Unive
