Derek Ferguson currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Robin Hood Foundation, one of the largest anti-poverty forces in the nation. Derek is responsible for setting the financial, operational, infrastructure and strategic goals that advance Robin Hood’s mission of fighting poverty in New York City. Prior to his current position, Derek was the Chief Operating Officer at Revolt and Chief Growth Officer of Combs Enterprises. Derek is a core member of New York Covenant Church in New Rochelle, NY where he is the leader of the Economic Justice ministry.

Maria Gordian is a Director in Bain’s New York office and a Partner in Bain’s Healthcare Practice, resulting in over 24 years of consulting experience. Dr. Gordian is a Board-certified diagnostic radiologist. She did her training at Harvard Medical School and her fellowship at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Gordian specialized in breast cancer research, disease management, and cost-effectiveness programming.

Mandell L. Crawley is a Managing Director, the Head of Private Wealth Management, and the Head of International Wealth Management at Morgan Stanley. Mandell was previously the Chief Marketing Officer for the firm. In this role, he had overall responsibility for defining, creating, and delivering Morgan Stanley’s marketing strategy. Mandell is also a National Trustee for the Boys and Girls Clubs of America and a board member of the Covenant House NY, which is leading the fight against youth homelessness.
