As a Virtual Effectiveness Coach you will play a critical role in TNTP's teacher development initiatives and programs by virtually coaching about 50 program participants. You will be responsible for the performance of the teachers on your caseload. Specifically, Virtual Effectiveness Coaches are responsible for:
+Moderating the online course in your content area
+Using data from online coursework, submitted teaching videos and student work to inform differentiated coaching for each participant
+Developing and executing a data-driven and comprehensive coaching strategy
