Today is the LAST DAY to register for ILF 2026.

If you've been thinking about it, waiting to decide, or telling yourself you'll register later: this is your sign. ✨

In just a few weeks, hundreds of sisters will be gathering in Charlotte, NC, for the sisterhood experience of the biennium. We'll have unforgettable conversations, late-night laughs, leadership development to take you to the next level, new friendships, and memories everyone will be talking about long after ILF ends. For Jennifer Pinto (Epsilon Omega), the seeds of inclusive leadership were planted long before she founded The Jen Pinto LLC. It started with a sisterhood that saw her for who she truly was—quirky, introverted, and unique.

Today, Jennifer is paying that empowerment forward through the R.E.G.L.A. Legacy Initiative℠, a mentorship program built on the same principles of belonging and purpose she first found in Delta Phi Epsilon. From managing chapter budgets to leading global initiatives, Jen’s journey reminds us that our shared letters are truly about our shared light. 🦄💜
