The 2025 Annual Convocation of the Pennsylvania Council of Deliberation will take place on July 11-12, 2025.

Scottish Rite Masons from every Valley in the Commonwealth will be gathered at the Valley of New Castle for the Council of Deliberation's Annual Convocation and the 100th Anniversary of the Valley of New Castle.

All Valley members are welcome and encouraged to attend.

Brothers, the wait is over. Our signature degree programs, Join the Rite Night (JTRN) and Thursday Night at the Rite (TNR), return tonight for season 6!

Beginning with JTRN at 7:30 PM ET, accepted Master Masons can witness the 4° and join the SRNMJ immediately. Members may also attend to welcome their new Brothers into the fraternity.

TNR begins immediately after at 8:00 PM ET with a presentation of the 26°, Friend and Brother Eternal. New SR members can join fellow Brothers and witness two degrees in one night!

Congratulations to Brother Matt Guthan on being installed as Junior Deacon of Granite Corinthian Lodge in DE. Matt is also a PA Mason member of University Lodge No 51 and a member of the Valley of Philadelphia, Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite. We are all very proud of our brother moving into the line!

As we enjoy our holiday today, let's not forget to take a moment to remember and honor those who gave their lives so our nation could persevere and we could continue to cherish the American way of life.

As a veteran, these moments of reflection always touch me deeply, reminding me of the profound connection we share with those who came before us. We may never fully understand why some who deployed came home while others did not, and each of our experiences was unique. Yet, every one of us veterans feels a deep bond with our brethren.

May we never forget their courage and dedication. Let us honor their memory today and always.

Valley of Philadelphia Tentative Calendar 2023 - 2024

We wanted to post the tentative event schedule for the 2023/2024 Masonic year on our public site. It is our hope that if you are a Scottish Rite Freemason visiting our great city of Philadelphia this coming year that you will find one of these events that you can attend. We will welcome all regular SR Freemasons with open arms.

If you are a member of the Valley of Philadelphia, please send us a message so we can add you to the private Facebook group in like form. There we share a lot more detail of the goins on in the valley.

By releasing this calendar now, we hope to provide ample time for everyone to manage their schedules, thereby enhancing our participation. This initiative aligns with our 2023 theme: “Improving Communication”.
