Tiffany Nakajima, MPH in Urban Health student, completed her practicum through a fellowship with Drexel Dornsife's Maternal and Child Health (MCH) Center of Excellence—and turned the experience into a full-time position.

"I’m so grateful for the ongoing support from the MCH Center of Excellence at Dornsife and strongly encourage other students interested in maternal and child health to get involved!" says Tiffany.

🎓 From the classroom to clinical research

Just one year after earning his MPH in Epidemiology from Drexel Dornsife, Edmond Kubi Appiah, MPH ’25, is helping advance nutrition research for people with pancreatic cancer.

As a lead clinical research coordinator at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), Edmond is putting his public health training to work on a study exploring a new nutritional approach that could improve patients' quality of life.
