The world our students enter is changing faster than ever. Artificial intelligence is reshaping how we work, geopolitics is influencing decisions about capital and supply chains, and traditional career paths are becoming increasingly fluid.

As Distinguished Professor of Practice in Global Accounting, Risk and Agility Euvin Naidoo writes in the latest Faculty Insight, “Knowledge remains important, but knowledge is abundant. Judgment is scarce.” The real question is not how much information tomorrow’s leaders can access, but whether they can apply sound judgment, navigate ambiguity and continue learning as the world changes.

The Thunderbird Reunion in Barcelona is officially underway! Today marked the beginning of four days of reconnecting, learning and celebrating with the Thunderbird alumni community from around the world.

Day 1 brought alumni together for arrival and an evening welcome reception, setting the stage for the days ahead in Barcelona.

Here’s to a weekend of reconnecting with fellow T-birds, building new connections and celebrating the Thunderbird experience together.The Thunderbird Reunion in Barcelona is officially underway!

Join us for the Double Ten Celebration on Saturday, Oct. 3, at ASU West Campus in Glendale. The free event begins at 6 p.m. and will feature a night market, food trucks, food, drinks, desserts, lion and dragon dances, performances, games, arts and culture, door prizes and more, including a drone show! Purchase drawing tickets for a chance to win prizes from Starlux Airlines and China Airlines.
This event is coordinated by Phoenix Councilwoman Ann O’Brien, Phoenix Sister Cities, Taipei Sister Cities and ASU West Valley Campus.

On Sept. 8, Thunderbird Global Headquarters welcomed global leaders and business representatives for a day of connection, collaboration and celebration.

The visit included lunch with H.E. Mohammed Nasser Ali Al-Zaabi, secretary general of the Oman Ministry of Defense, followed by a business roundtable connecting the Omani delegation with 30 Arizona business leaders. The day also included a graduation celebration with the Consul General of Mexico for the Programa Consular de Emprendimiento para Mexicanas en el Exterior.

It was a day that reflected the global experiences and connections that come to life across the Thunderbird campus.

Plus, application fee waivers are available for prospective students who attend in person for any Thunderbird 2027 graduate degree application. Premier Day begins at 5 p.m., followed by Regional Night at 7 p.m.
