Fletcher Library - Arizona State University Fletcher Library is a university library servicing the Students of Arizona State University. We are also open to the public. Visitor parking is $3 per hr.

ASU’s West campus library combines the service and values of a traditional library with a state-of-the-art approach to the Information Age. The Fletcher Library was dedicated in 1988 honor of the Robert L. Fletcher family whose gift of property resulted in an endowment for the perpetual support of the library. It was the first building completed on campus and soon after received an Honor Award, th

e top recognition of design excellence from the Southern Arizona Chapter of the American Institute of Architects. A semi-circular reflecting pool graces the library’s front lawn. The library’s collection, including more than 400,000 volumes, supports the West campus curriculum and features an extensive media collection. Group study rooms equipped with computers and projectors, individual study space, and a copy center are also available. The three-story library is open seven days a week during semester sessions. The first floor includes the Student Success tutoring center and the New College Educational Technologies Center. Housed in the library’s lower level are the Writing Center and the Computing Commons (a computing center offering students 123 individual computer stations and free tutoring in software skills and web research). Treat yourself to a pastry and a cup of coffee at the Starbucks located inside the main entrance to the library.
