Stephanie Monroe Wilson is certified to practice law in Arizona and Washington D.C. She graduated from the University of Arizona College of Law with her Juris Doctor in 1995. in Psychology from the University of Virginia in 1992 and has been a partner in the law firm of Stoops, Denious, Wilson & Murray, P.L.C. Her areas of practice include general civil litigation, real estate, contract, construct
ion defects, homeowner associations, loan fraud, lender representation and lender liability, appraiser liability, and home inspector liability. Wilson is also a licensed in Arizona as real estate agent. She taught as an adjunct professor for the paralegal program at the Phoenix College in Phoenix, Arizona, from 1997 through 2010, teaching real estate law each year and also probate law for two semesters. Wilson also teaches classes, primarily on homeowner associations, at the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business. She has been on the faculty for continuing education real estate law seminars, including Mold is Gold and Real Estate Law from A to Z in Arizona and authors several articles each year for the Arizona Journal of Real Estate & Business, since 2000. These articles cover topics on construction law, homeowners associations, home inspectors, appraisers, real estate disclosure, foreclosure and general real estate law matters. In addition, Mrs. Wilson has taught continuing legal education for Arizona attorneys on various real estate law issues.
