It was such a pleasure to recognize fourth-year KYCO student Chris Bush as he received his Student Fellowship in the American Academy of Optometry.

Chris has a genuine passion for research and has represented KYCO well through his presentations at both the Academy and ARVO. I'm proud of all he has accomplished and can't wait to see where his career takes him.

Please join us in welcoming Dr. Van Stavoren, a proud KYCO and UPIKE alum, as our new Pediatric Optometry Resident! She has a special passion for the diagnosis and management of amblyopia and is excited to care for our youngest patients. Outside the clinic, Dr. Van Stavoren enjoys spending time outdoors and traveling.
