We would like to congratulate our winners of the Annual Jim Chelius Internal Case Competition Winners for 2023 held at Rutgers School of Management and Labor Relations (SMLR).

Meet Indira Weche, Devon McRimmon, Janet Braxton, MHRM, and Amina Elsais our SMLR students, from Team Dynamic IJADs, who emerged as winners of the case competition for 2023.

Four student teams presented their case analysis on how artificial Intelligence impacts the business and the workforce.
