Codevengers Assemble! We need your code to help make a difference in our community! This year we will be working with Purple Hat Project which raises awareness for Shaken Baby Syndrome, Cookies for Kids Cancer which raises money to fund pediatric cancer research, Engineers in Action who works with local communities to build infrastructure and long term community growth, and finally, Rutgers Learning Center that provides free tutoring and professional development resources. Our second annual Social Good Hackathon is fast approaching – join us March 26th - 27th, 2022, and is open to everyone from all skill levels and majors, located both at Richard Weeks Engineering Hall on Busch Campus and on Zoom. Get ready for a weekend of fun and learning!

This past weekend, our VEXU Robotics team visited Monroe Township High School to volunteer for their VRC competition! Tasked with running the competition, a number of students from RIEEE took on different roles, such as judges, referees, and inspectors, while MTHS provided us with volunteers to make sure the competition took off. We were able to provide the high schoolers and our college students with the opportunity to have an in-person event, after having been two years online due to COVID.

Thank you for MTHS for having us and we hope everyone had fun this past weekend!

Throwback to Rutgers’ involvement day! After a year of being online, our E-Board greeted new students and old friends at their table to recruit members into our organization. As a way to engage students, our E-Board showed off past robots and trophies as a mere glimpse into what may come this new school year.
