From Health Sciences student to future MRI Technologist! 🎓➡️ 🩻

We are excited to celebrate alum Hannah Miller, who has been accepted into the Tesla MR Program beginning this March. Upon completing the 12-18 month program, Hannah will earn her certification as an MRI Technologist and continue making a difference in healthcare.

Learning goes beyond the classroom!

Our Health Sciences students had the incredible opportunity to learn with the Pittsburgh Steelwheelers for an adaptive sports experience, learning about and trying wheelchair rugby and basketball firsthand.

Through play, connection, and education, students gained valuable insight into adaptive athletics, accessibility, inclusion, and the power of sport.

A huge thank you to the Steelwheelers for sharing their expertise and passion with us! 💙

During the Health Sciences Exploration Day with Crossroads Foundation and Abiding Missions, our HS program faculty hosted a combine, giving students the opportunity to test key components of health and physical fitness through hands-on assessments and real-world performance measures.

From vertical jump testing to grip strength and balance challenges, students got a firsthand look at the tools and techniques used to evaluate human performance.
