Meet Dave Artman, a native of the South Hills of Pittsburgh. Prior to a full-time career in residential Real Estate, he served the citizens of Whitehall Borough as a full-time Police Officer (25 years). Dave was also the DARE Officer in the Baldwin Whitehall School District for 19 years. Upon retirement in 2020 it just seemed natural to continue his career in the community he had spent his entire life, the South Hills of Pittsburgh. Working alongside his wife, Tracy, a Multi-Million Dollar Producer, he has learned so much about real estate and putting the client first. Dave is a US Army Veteran and a graduate from the University of Pittsburgh which has honed his critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Dave and Tracy are ready to help you with the next chapter, whether it be re-locating out of Pittsburgh, moving into this beautiful city, up-sizing or down-sizing locally, in any case they are here for you.
