Brittany Coleman’s Stuttering class wrapped up the semester with an engaging poster session on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, inviting faculty and staff to learn more about stuttering.

Graduate students in CSD 2072 – Stuttering presented a strong series of group posters highlighting a wide range of important topics, including bullying, resources for SLPs and families, and the portrayals and perceptions of stuttering in society.

A great way to close out the semester with meaningful learning, advocacy, and conversation! 👏

Over the past two weeks, our 2031 SLP graduate students participated in their first Observed Structured Clinical Examinations (OSCEs) across 30+ hours at Healthy Home Lab—our first big simulation in the books! Led by Kelly Peña, this effort was made possible with the support of our volunteer faculty facilitators, whose expertise and debriefing guidance were essential to student learning. Thank you, everyone! Photos: OSCE sessions in action!
