The School of Arts and Sciences is at the heart of every Point Park education, uniting diverse disciplines and perspectives that prepare our students for meaningful careers in law, medicine, criminal justice, psychology, and beyond. On November 5, join us for Day of Giving and help create new opportunities for our students. This year, your support will fund travel for The Pulse, Point Park’s new literary magazine open to all students, and help launch a Maker Space for our three ABET-accredited Engineering Programs and our newest major, Entertainment Production Engineering. Your gift makes a direct impact on the next generation of leaders, creators, and innovators. https://ow.ly/C1gF50ZZ0EQ

The Rowland School of Business at Point Park University was proud to support the U.S. Department of State’s Career Connections Pittsburgh: From Steel to Startups seminar, with funding provided by the U.S. government and implemented with support from IREX.

U.S. Exchange Alumni gathered for two days of professional development centered on innovation and entrepreneurship. Through programming across Point Park’s campus and downtown Pittsburgh, including a welcome reception at The Pittsburgh Foundation with panoramic views of the city and an insightful visit to Mill 19 at Hazelwood Green, participants connected with local leaders, explored Pittsburgh’s professional and civic landscape, and shared ideas for building meaningful careers with a global perspective.

Point Park students also had the opportunity to participate in a conversation with Deputy Assistant Secretary Geoff Anisman, gaining firsthand insights into diplomacy, international exchange, and career pathways in public service.

This collaboration highlights the impact of bringing people and institutions together to create meaningful learning opportunities that help shape the next generation of leaders.
