PITT OHIO 2024 Summer Intern Supply Chain Opportunities:
- Internships are located at our Corporate Headquarters in Pittsburgh’s Strip District
- Summer Intern program runs May – August
- Monday-Fridays in the office
- Full-time (40 hours per week)
- PAID internship
- Students must be enrolled in an Undergraduate Program related to the position they are interested in
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Students will need a working knowledge of MS Office 365

Wesco and the Pittsburgh Penguins Foundation have teamed up to create an exciting new program, the L.E.A.D. in STEAM Summit! This program will allow local college students to spend the day at PPG Paints Arena on April 17 to learn about topics such as innovation, supply chain solutions, sustainability, strategic partnerships, exciting career opportunities and more from experts at Wesco and the Pittsburgh Penguins.

Financial Executives International FEI is thrilled to be able to award scholarships to students. FEI also wants the students to be prepared for their chosen careers. To that end, the FEI Pittsburgh Chapter, in collaboration with a few of its strategic partners, has decided to offer a Pittsburgh Student Day.

The goal is to introduce the students earlier in their college years to a few firms. Students need not be accounting/finance majors. For example, representatives from risk, consulting and other backgrounds will be available.
FREE to the students – day will include continental breakfast, lunch and snacks.
Deadline for indicating interest is Thursday, March 28, 2024

Are you an undergrad student preparing to do an internship this summer? Or do you still have to complete an internship as part of your studies? Then join the Business Department and the Office of Career Development for a panel presentation and information session on business internships. Career Development staff will start off the hour with an introduction to general internship protocol within Chatham and some basic internship etiquette tips. This will be followed by a panel presentation and Q&A with business major students who have recently completed internships, reflecting on their experiences.

Faculty Spotlight🥳 Prof Avidan
After completing a M.Sc. in Applied Statistics at Tel-Aviv University in 2014, Vidan moved to Montreal, Quebec. Eventually, he received a Ph.D. from the Faculty of Management at McGill University in 2020. His Ph.D. thesis focuses on how the corporate world addresses the Water-Energy Nexus. Vidan's research interests include Corporate Water Stewardship, Corporate Sustainability Disclosure, Environmental Performance, Corporate Governance, and Sustainability Metrics and Evaluation. Furthermore, after completing his thesis, he became interested in exploring the synergies and trade-offs between Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
