The Tartan Pride was strong at Ming-Na Wen’s book event in Pittsburgh last night!

CFA Fall Magazine is here! Read about our Center for New Work's theatrical pilgrimage to Scotland–Andrew Carnegie's homeland–where they presented a radically reimagined "Midsummer!" at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe in August.

“When we launched the Center, one of our primary goals was to create a bridge between the extraordinary training happening within the CMU School of Drama and the professional field — to give our students meaningful opportunities to develop new work alongside established artists and organizations, and to allow that work to have a life beyond our campus,” said Edinger. “To culminate our first year by taking 19 students and an entire production across the Atlantic to the Edinburgh Festival Fringe feels like an enormous realization of that mission.”
