Harvest Run & Community Fun is on Saturday, Sept. 26, with a 5K trail run, the return of the FREE Kids 1-Mile Fun Run, food samples, wellness activities, kids crafts and a Botanical Gardens-themed costume contest.

Start building your culinary career in just seven weeks. 🍽️

Culinary Arts students begin with focused foundational instruction in knife skills, baking, food preparation, kitchen safety and sanitation. They then apply what they have learned while working professionally with one of BCC’s educational partners.

Graduates also earn the industry-recognized ServSafe Food Handler Certificate and are prepared to enter a fast-paced professional kitchen.

Build confidence, find your voice and get real practice in a supportive, small-group setting with Speak with Impact: Public Speaking for Real Life and Leadership at BCC.

This six-week course will help you strengthen the skills to deliver everything from toasts and commemorative speeches to persuasive remarks, while learning how to manage nerves and connect with an audience.
