Healthy leaders ask both questions: Where do I need renewal? And where do I need to keep growing? Leadership isn’t about running yourself into the ground, but it’s also not about pulling back so far that growth stops.

Healthy leaders rest to stay effective, not to avoid responsibility. Growth happens when we care for ourselves AND stay engaged with the work God has given us.
