Do you miss FN Forum’s Pumpkin bread? Are you bummed that pumpkin festival won’t be the same ? Welll don’t be because Agriscapes Discovery Farm will be selling pumpkin bread all season long. A percentage of the proceeds will be donated to FN forum you can click on the link in your emails and order your pumpkin bread online. All purchases are available for curbside pick-up! Welcome to week 7!

Our speaker for this week’s meeting will be Dr. Kiresich. She will discuss the importance of getting involved in the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics as well as her journey to becoming an RD!

Our guest speakers for Thursday are: The Cal Poly Team Nutrition Education team – Mike Shea, Eric Childress, and the Athletic Director; Ruem Malasarn. Team Nutrition Education was created to support the Cal Poly Pomona athletes. The goal is to provide science-based nutrition information, so that they can perform their best on and off the field. Hello everyone! The All Club Meeting will s be in session ‪THIS THURSDAY August 27, 2020 during U-Hour (noon - 1:00 pm PST)‬. Join us to learn more about the clubs in the NFS Department that you can join. Read more about our guest speaker's bio and presentation abstract in the attachment.
Remember to RSVP for the meeting. After registering, you will receive the link to access the Microsoft Teams meeting room. Please save the link and use it to continue on to the meeting during the scheduled meeting date and time. Please download the Microsoft teams desktop client ahead of time. Dr. Elam: I’ve been at CPP for 5 years; I teach Nutrition, Life Cycle Nutrition 2350, Nutrient Metabolism 3930/40, Nutrition for Sport and Performance 4850, and Graduate Nutrition Research 5100. I’m quite competitive and have never lost a game of 1-on-1 in basketball or in air hockey!
