It's Conference Week!

The DPM 2029 class got hands-on experience today during the American College of Podiatric Medicine Hand Tie Workshop led by Dr. Stephen Wan. From instrument handling to mastering surgical knot throws, students practiced a fundamental skill that will follow them throughout their training and careers.

Dr. Wan emphasized the importance of repetition and proficiency, encouraging students to become so comfortable with their technique that they could perform their throws blindly. A valuable afternoon of building confidence, precision, and surgical fundamentals. 🪡👏
