Please note that IT Support excludes Online Education / Learning Management Systems (e.g. Elentra, Canvas, Realizeit, etc.) and Public Affairs & Marketing / web support (e.g. web design/photo/videography).

All survey responses will be anonymous and WesternU will only receive anonymized responses. Giveaway winners will be randomly selected by the third party survey provider (Info-Tech).

The next time you connect to eduroam, after 8PM on 10/20/2023, you may be asked to accept the new security certificate on your device(s) before you can continue using the wireless network. This is a yearly requirement. You will only need to do this once per device. Having issues? Forget the eduroam network and reconnect to it.

WesternU TechSupport recommends that you delay upgrading your personal computer to Windows 11 when it is released next week on October 5, 2021. Until we can test and assure compatibility with key WesternU applications you may experience unforeseen problems.

We also recommend you delay your upgrade to macOS 12 (Monterey) when it releases a few weeks from now, until support is provided for key programs like ExamSoft. See e-mail from TechSupport sent on 9/28 for more information.
