For Chan & Marlene, meeting through Kappa Delta was like fate. These two are always together and are the definition of a twin flame!

“When I first met Marlene, we instantly clicked. She’s one of the most down to Earth, thoughtful, and selfless people I know. Words can’t even describe how much she impacted my first year of college, from being by biggest supporter through every high and low, laughing together at late night dinners, to spontaneous adventures we took together. Though we’ve only known each each other for a year, it genuinely feels like we’ve been best friends since forever. As cheesy as it sounds, meeting Marlene through KD has truly changed my life so much. I’ll forever be grateful to this chapter for the amazing friendships I’ve found here.”

“I met Chan by chance at our first philanthropy banquet during last fall’s Shamrock week. She was one of the first friends i made when i joined Kappa Delta and I didn’t realize then how much she would change my life. From daily lunches and dinners at Centerpointe to recapping how our days went in study rooms at the dorms, we spent every day together. She has become one of my best friends at Cal Poly Pomona. Chan is one of the most smart and hardworking people I know, I truly have met no other like her, and I am so thankful to have her.

As VP Finance I make sure the chapter finances are in order and we are able to do all of the fun stuff we look forward to all year!

I chose KD because the girls really welcomed me from the beginning and I loved our philanthropies!

ADVICE FOR PNMS 🩷
My best advice for girls going through recruitment is to ask questions! I know it can be a bit difficult at times, especially if you are a bit shy, but just remember this process is as much about you getting to know us as it is about us getting to know you!

Our chapter president, Taylor Garcia, recently received the honor of named Sigma Chi’s sweetheart! Here’s a few words on her contributions to Greek Life:

From the day we met Mason, he has shown nothing but love for our chapter. From coming to our events, to helping us raise money for our philanthropies, to simply being our biggest supporter, it is no doubt that Mason is the true definition of a Kappa Delta Daggerman.
