Growing up in Fairfax, Virginia, Dmitri was always driven by a wide range of interests. Whether he was running trails, training for outdoor expeditions, repairing gear, woodworking, or sketching product concepts, curiosity was a constant throughout his life. That passion led him to study Industrial Design at James Madison University, where he explored everything from footwear and apparel to furniture design.

After graduation, Dmitri began his career as a Design Coordinator at Crate & Barrel, gaining experience in the interior design space. While he enjoyed the work, he found himself increasingly drawn toward products that aligned with his own interests and lifestyle. As an avid hiker, camper, and outdoor enthusiast, pursuing a career in the sports and outdoor industry felt like a natural next step.

Today, Dmitri is excited to continue following that curiosity through Sport Product Management and build a career creating products that help people get outside, stay active, and pursue their own adventures.

Outside of work, you can find Dmitri on the trails, camping, working on hands-on projects, or dreaming up his next product idea.

Welcome to the program, Dmitri! 🦆

From healthcare analytics to product creation, Sam is bringing a unique blend of creativity, curiosity, and hands-on problem solving to the SPM program!

For the past four years, Sam has worked in healthcare data analytics and management, developing a strong analytical mindset and a passion for solving complex challenges. Now, he’s making the jump into the sports industry, excited to combine his love for sport, creativity, and product innovation through Sport Product Management.

When he’s not diving into data, Sam enjoys sewing, upcycling products, and working with his hands whenever possible. A dedicated thrifter, he has curated most of his wardrobe from secondhand finds and is always looking for ways to give products a second life. He’s also a self-proclaimed collector of cleats and shoes, with a closet that reflects his passion for sport and design.

Soccer has always been a huge part of Sam’s life, and even while recovering from ACL surgery, his love for the game remains as strong as ever.

He’s excited to learn from his classmates, collaborate on great ideas, and create some incredible products together throughout the SPM journey.

From lifelong Ducks fan to future SPM student, Keegan is turning a passion for sport and product innovation into a career!

Originally from Athens, Ohio, Keegan grew up playing basketball, football, and running track. He attended Ohio University, where he earned both a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management and a Master’s degree in Management while competing as a wide receiver on the football team for four years.

A lifelong sneakerhead, Keegan has always been fascinated by the technology and innovation behind the products athletes use both on and off the field. His interest in Sport Product Management started early in college when professors encouraged him to explore a path that seemed like a perfect fit from the beginning.

Keegan brings valuable industry experience to the cohort, including an internship at Adidas World Headquarters in Germany and retail experience with Nike. He’s excited to continue building on that foundation as he pursues a career in the sports product industry.

Outside of sport, Keegan enjoys spending time with his girlfriend Audrey, trying new restaurants, producing music, and traveling whenever he gets the chance.
He’s excited to join the SPM community and begin building a career around something he has loved for most of his life.

Here’s a fun fact about Keegan:
Before becoming an SPM student, he was already a huge Oregon Ducks fan! Even growing up all the way in Ohio!

Welcome to the program, Keegan! 🦆
