WWU Peninsulas is seeking two to three Kitsap organizations interested in receiving pro-bono HR consulting support from students in an HR practicum course as part of the Business Administration bachelor's degree.

Taught by Akanksha Bedi, Assistant Professor of Management, the practicum gives students the opportunity to help local organizations like yours with your real-world human resources needs while providing participating organizations with research-based insights, recommendations, and fresh perspectives.

What you would do:
🤝Share information about your organization and the HR need or challenge you would like students to explore
🙋Answer student questions throughout the project
✏️Participate in two class sessions, either via Zoom or in person

The first class session will include a brief 10-to-15-minute introduction to your organization and HR needs. The second will give you the opportunity to hear students present their research, recommendations, and proposed solutions.

Interested organizations should contact Akanksha Bedi at [email protected]
by 12 pm on Friday, October 2.

This is a great opportunity to support experiential learning for WWU students while gaining new ideas and research-based perspectives on an HR need within your organization.
