Dr. Dave Schramm

– Thrive In Five – Retrain Your Brain

gives a quick, research‑based tip on how to shift unhelpful thought patterns by intentionally “retraining” the brain; teaching practical ways to notice and replace automatic negative or stress‑focused thinking with more positive, resilient perspectives to improve daily well‑being and responses to challenges.

🍴 Cook, Learn & Take Control! 💙

Knowing why you need to change your diet to manage diabetes symptoms is one thing, actually making those changes can be a struggle. Join us from the comfort of your own kitchen as we make delicious and diabetes appropriate meals together. Each week in this series we will discuss specific topics about diabetes to help you better manage your symptoms.

We will also make a recipe during each class to help you learn how to incorporate the principles we are teaching in class into the meals you choose to eat. Each class will feature an easy to prepare recipe that is appropriate for someone with diabetes to eat. We will email you the recipe and shopping list one week before the class so that you can be prepared to cook along with us!
