When students succeed, Central Oregon succeeds.🎓📚
Students become nurses, educators, skilled tradespeople, entrepreneurs and community leaders. They bring new skills to local employers, earn more throughout their careers and contribute to communities across our region. A new independent economic impact study from Lightcast puts a number on that ripple effect.
Here are just a few key figures from the study:
- COCC generates 349.2 million dollars for Central Oregon annually.
- The college supports 4,136 jobs.
- 1 in 41 regional jobs are supported by COCC’s economic activity.
And there’s so much more. Visit the COCC Economic Impact link to find out more about how COCC supports Central Oregon: https://cocc.edu/about/economic-impact/
