Associate Professor Jonghwan Lee has received funding from the National Institutes of Health (NIH) to transform how we understand and treat late-onset Alzheimer's Disease using high-tech imaging and AI tools.

Associate Professor Jonghwan Lee is the recipient of a grant from the National Institutes of Health to develop high-tech imaging and AI tools aimed at detecting early microvascular failure in people at elevated risk of Alzheimer’s disease.

Engineering alumna Erica Schwartz '94, MD'98 has been confirmed by the Senate as director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
