Class today? A tea tasting! Beverage Appreciation is a course you’ll take in the Food & Beverage Industry Management program. Here, you’ll train your palate to pick up on every note in a drink, then figure out which foods make it taste even better. You’ll also learn how to run the show: building beverage strategies, marketing them and setting the standards for hospitality businesses. Cocktails and coffee, mocktails and tea all count as coursework here. Cheers to learning by tasting! 🍵
