CONGRATULATIONS to ✨Briana Jones ‘13 ✨who leads the Career and Technical Education Business Entrepreneurship Culinary Program at Central Falls High School was surprised in an assembly in the schools gym yesterday when Rhode Island Education Commissioner Angelica Infante-Green announced Jones as the nation’s first 2026–27 Milken Educator Award recipient. Known as the “Oscars of Teaching”, Jones is the sixth Rhode Island College graduate since 2021 to win this award.
