Landmark Dining is excited to welcome Chef Greg Roach to the team! Greg brings decades of culinary experience, from training at the Culinary Institute of America and working alongside chefs like Wolfgang Puck and Charlie Trotter to serving as Food Service Director and Executive Chef at Buxton School.
Greg also has a special connection to Landmark—his family has been part of the Landmark community for more than a decade.
At Landmark, he’s looking forward to creating inclusive, approachable dining experiences and, most importantly, great food for our community.
