Hi Fashion Society!

Come out to tonight's meeting at 7:00PM in MCGUFFEY ROOM 223.

We're having Jara Robinson of Persona Custom Clothiers, a predominately menswear clothier that tailors and custom makes men's apparel, video call in to give us a tour of the showroom, talk about their business, and answer any questions you all have.

Hey Fashion Society! Don't forget about our meeting this Wednesday. We will be having a clothing swap so bring all your clothes you don't want anymore or trade for something new! Also we will be watching some innovative fashion shows on and be learning about up-cycling! We will also be voting on the t-shirt designs and taking shirt orders.

Introducing the STYLES OF THE WEEK!🍁🍂Myra and Ricardo are both students at Radford University. For the season they are both exhibiting outfits showcasing trends such as layering and fall colors!

DESIGNER OF THE WEEK!

Introducing OLIVIER ROUSTEING! He is a French designer and creative director of Balmain. Rousteing joined Balmain in 2009 and worked closely with the French fashion house's creative director at the time. On April 26, 2011 at 25 years old, Oliver Rousteing became the creative director of Balmain. He brought a fresh take on the brand's aesthetic that remains to this day by adding an Asian influence to the clothing. Since his arrival, menswear now accounts for 40% of Balmain's revenue.
