Cognitive Development Project We need your help! We need you and your child to join our research team! Everything about your visit is kept strictly confidential.

Formerly the Cognitive Development Project, the Childbirth and Development Project is a research group at Villanova University under Dr. Rebecca Brand studying the well-being of new moms and babies. We are looking for parents and infants (6 months-3 years) who are willing to visit our playroom for an hour or less to watch a short movie or play with some new toys. Babies love to participate because

they get to play with new toys, they get lots of friendly adult attention, and they even get an official Research Team t-shirt! Please contact us if you are interested in participating!

Greetings! We are looking for adults in the last month of pregnancy (36-42 weeks) with their first child to participate in a research project on the mental well-being of new mothers.

The project involves three surveys (one before and two after birth). We hope this research will provide information that will ultimately support mothers in this exciting and challenging phase of their lives.
