🎓 Andrea Hernandez: AS, Health Science
Collinsville High School

Andrea chose NACC’s Dual Enrollment program to get a head start on college and earn her associate degree while still in high school. Through the experience, she developed strong time-management skills and learned how to balance the responsibilities of college coursework. Inspired by supportive instructors like Belinda Jolley, Andrea plans to continue at NACC as she works toward her goal of becoming a labor and delivery nurse and earning her RN and BSN.

😎🌳 Get outside and enjoy StoryWalk® this June and July at the NACC Walking Trail! StoryWalk® is a fun way to combine reading and fitness. Follow the trail from station to station and enjoy a story along the way while taking in the beauty of the NACC Walking Trail.

📚 This free activity is open to all local residents during normal trail hours. Bring your walking shoes and reading glasses and make a day of it!

Stangs on top! ⬆️🐎 Congrats to the NACC Softball program for the continuation of their scorching rise in the sport, as they secured the JUCO National Title in just their second season on the diamond! They ended the year with a stellar 56-4 record.

The Lady Mustangs defeated Temple College from Chocolocco Park, with NACC only needing to win one in the title series. Temple College needed to beat them twice, but NACC handled business in game one, final score of 7-3.

The up and coming athletics program has worked hard to find the right people, and it has paid off very quickly for Softball.
