This is a call to all North Carolina consumers to help us understand how you dined out during COVID-19!
NC State University researchers are looking for study participants to answer a few survey questions about dining out during the COVID-19 pandemic.
If eligible, you will receive a $10 gift card for taking part in this study.

You are being asked to complete an online survey for research purposes.
The survey is about the Count on Me NC Program Certification and training material that the food service community received while getting ready for safe reopening during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The purpose of this study is to gain a better understanding of consumers’ response to food service establishments' new procedures while reopening during the COVID-19 pandemic. Completing this survey is voluntary and you can stop at any time by letting the researchers know. You can also opt for closing your browser to stop your participation and letting the researchers know via an email to [email protected]
You must be 18 years of age or older, reside in the United States and in North Carolina during the COVID-19 pandemic to participate in this study.
