The North Carolina State Chapter of FarmHouse Fraternity — Builder of Men — Est. 1954

The object of our fraternity is to promote good fellowship, to encourage studiousness, and to inspire its members in seeking the best in their chosen lines of study as well as in life. Progress shall mark our every step; the spirit of congeniality shall reign at all times; and every member shall be honest with himself as with his brothers. Men elected to our membership are considered to be of good

moral character, to be high in scholarship, to have the capacity for meeting and making friends, and to give promise of service to their fellowmen and to the world. To be and become such may at times require a sacrifice of time, pleasures and comforts.

Over the past couple of weeks, the Brothers of FH have been busy with Spring Rush. Thank you to everyone who stopped by the house and a huge shoutout to our Recruitment Chair, Hunter Mitchell for organizing everything!

Also, we are proud to announce we have begun initiating seven new brothers into the fraternity. Congratulations to the new brothers on their bid and acceptance!

This past Saturday, we hosted our annual Thanksgiving dinner, where families and alumni gather for a meal cooked by the Brothers! We also got to hear from Michelle Grainger, the Executive Director of the NC Sweetpotato Commission. A huge thank you to Focus Design Builders, LLC for sponsoring the dinner. We appreciate everyone involved for making this event a success!

Proud to announce we were awarded the Outstanding Council Involvement Award for Standards of Excellence for 2024-2025! Also, our very own Harrison DeVane was awarded the Senior Diamond Award, which recognizes a senior for outstanding service to their chapter and to the wider Greek Community.

Last night, the brothers of FH met with the sisters of ZTA and ADPi to hold a joint Bible study. We read through Luke 10:38-42 and reflected on how to choose Jesus over the hustle and bustle of our daily lives. Big thank you to ZTA, ADPi and our Chaplain, Carter Sutton, for making this event possible!
