Climate Change & Society at NC State

Climate Change & Society at NC State NCSU offers innovative graduate programs to promote bridging the gap between climate change science

NC State offers a Master’s degree in Climate Change & Society, and a graduate certificate in Climate Adaptation. Both programs combine climate change science with broad knowledge of climate-sensitive sectors to support the development of effective adaptation and mitigation strategies. Students in both programs have the opportunity to learn from international experts in climate science, economics,

policy, and communications. The programs support the goals of students interested in careers in climate change adaptation and current professionals in climate-sensitive sectors who are concerned with the aspects of planning or setting policies affected by global climate change.
