We're pretty sad that we can't fill these buildings this summer with the thousands of visitors that our campus was expecting in the next few months. But we are excited to welcome all of our client programs, summer interns, campers, and conference participants back for Summer 2021!

Last week, NC State University leaders made the difficult decision to cancel all in-person instruction for both summer sessions and to cancel all in-person youth programming for the upcoming summer season.

As a result of this decision, NC State University Housing and the office of Conference and Guest Services are deeply sorry to inform our valued clients, guests, and program sponsors that we are no longer able to host camp or conference programs on our campus this summer. All reservations for on-campus housing, dining, recreation and meeting space, and other services for scheduled conference and camp programs coordinated via the Conference and Guest Services office will be canceled through August 1, 2020.

As we move forward past the current COVID-19 crisis, we look forward to hosting the best camp and conference season yet in 2021.
