The Educational Opportunity Fund (EOF) is a state sponsored program for students who have the will and desire to go to college, but need additional academic and financial support. Established in 1968 by the New Jersey State Legislature by effort of Freshman Assemblyman, Thomas Kean, the program started at County College of Morris in 1969. EOF is committed in transforming students into scholars, th

rough a variety of holistic academic support services designed to help reach scholars' goal of college success and graduation.
